Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2+ years of professional purchasing, procurement, or subcontract administration experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Procure government and commercial contracts, including flight hardware and indirect purchases.
• Evaluate requirements, solicit bids, select suppliers, and issue POs.
• Maintain vendor records and monitor performance.
• Support subcontract lifecycle from proposal to closeout and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
