Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. The role involves cradle-to-grave support for RFPs and subcontract agreements, tracking deliverables, documentation control, and collaboration across functional teams to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, subcontracts, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of procurement and government contracting principles (FAR/DFARS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave administrative support for the preparation, issuance, and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and subcontract agreements.
• Assist in tracking subcontractor and internal deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract terms, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain and update procurement files, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Support invoice review and reconciliation processes, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors as needed.
• Participate in subcontract negotiations alongside senior staff to develop terms and conditions.
• Assist in preparing reports, metrics, and presentations to support team objectives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address subcontractor issues and support program needs.
• Perform additional duties as required by senior subcontracts administrators and management.
• Other duties as assigned
