Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate inter-organizational activities and negotiate effectively.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Establish and monitor purchasing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and manage audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and act as primary contact.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure safety in purchasing activities.
• Support planning and development of procurement staff.
