Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Test Engineering Analysis Engineer I to support development engine tests and functional validation across Commercial, Military, and Industrial lines. You will coordinate instrumentation, develop procedures, and analyze data from on-site and remote tests. Travel and off-shift work are required as needed.

The program includes the Engineering Development Program rotations and aims to broaden technical breadth while building deep engine knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Engineering Science & Technology by start date.
• Experience in a mechanical/aero test environment or engine data analysis.
• Minimum GPA 3.0; prior RTX internship or work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for development engine tests and functional validation across product lines.
• Develop test plans, instrumentation coordination, pre-test predictions and test procedures.
• Manage test data, perform post-test analysis and document results for propulsion tests.
• Collaborate with EDSI, Controls, Instrumentation, IT and Validation groups; travel as needed.
