Job summary

RTX is offering a hands-on internship/co-op with the Pratt & Whitney team focused on engine development, assembly, and testing across commercial, military, and industrial lines in a U.S.-based facility. You will gain exposure to engine systems, instrumentation, data acquisition, and validation through analytic tools and on-site testing.

You will learn how aircraft engines operate as a system, how they are validated, and you will build system-level knowledge of engine assembly, instrumentation

Qualifications

Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Science & Technology.
Active enrollment through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for development engine assembly and test across P&W product lines.
Support assembly plans and instrumentation requirements coordination and data management.
Participate in discipline improvement activities and knowledge management.
Work with assembly support teams to assist engine builds and tests.
Occasional off-shift and weekend work for test coverage experience.
