Job summary

Parker Aerospace's Exotic Metals Forming Division is seeking a Production Supervisor – Swing Shift to lead a manufacturing team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will supervise daily activities, mentor staff, implement Lean/Kaizen practices, coordinate with Engineering for new product launches, and uphold Parker's commitment to reliable, high‑quality aerospace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Materials Process Engineering.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing with leadership.
• Solid understanding of Kaizen and Lean principles.
• Ability to assess department health via data and observation.
• Creative problem-solving approach; able to propose alternatives.
• Knowledge of multiple leadership approaches; build team success.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to work with people at various levels and communicate well.
