Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of Kaizen and Lean principles.
• Ability to assess department health through data and observation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity in the production area.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion Lean Kaizen events.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions; drive cost reduction.
• Perform capacity analysis and staffing planning for the area.
• Ensure quality standards and effective customer communication; coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote safety compliance and investigations.
• Support HR in fostering inclusivity and belonging.
