Job summary

Parker Aerospace seeks a Division Lean Manager to drive the Lean transformation across Exotic Metals Forming Division. You will lead Parker Lean System initiatives, teach PLS methods, and drive waste elimination in admin, manufacturing, and support functions.

You will mentor teams and report progress with Lean metrics. Ideal candidates have a strong Lean background, 5–7 years manufacturing experience, and proven Kaizen leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles.
• Experience leading Kaizen events (≥10).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guides all PLS initiatives within the division.
• Ensures adherence to PLS standards at the division.
• Supports plant lean leaders through required meetings.
• Develops robust Lean Future State Strategy division-wide.
• Provides high level technical and operational recommendations.
• Ensures resources are aligned for Lean transformation.
• Promotes a continuous learning environment.
