Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee a production area, typically 25–50 employees. You will guide Group Leaders, drive Lean Kaizen initiatives, and ensure quality and safety across operations.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong teamwork, and the ability to develop subordinates while coordinating with engineering and craft personnel to meet production plans.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in a technical or business discipline with 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze reports using MRP or planning systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of Group Leaders in assigned area.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and eliminate waste.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective action activities.
• Perform capacity analysis and staffing for the production area.
• Develop standardized work instructions and ensure process stability/safety.
