Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor who will lead a dedicated team in a high-precision manufacturing environment located in Glendale, AZ. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, manage workflow, and ensure product quality through effective problem solving and data-driven decision making.

As part of the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division, you will coordinate with engineering and supply chain functions, oversee safety compliance, and contribute to cost-reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline and 4+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with data reporting and manufacturing metrics.
• Understanding of quality or operations support and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of team members on the designated shift.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion Lean Kaizen events.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective actions with customers.
• Perform capacity analysis using build plans.
• Determine staffing requirements and troubleshoot scheduling issues.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions and ensure process stability.
• Promote safety policies and conduct safety investigations.
