Job summary

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems Aerospace division seeks a Production Supervisor-2nd Shift for the Euclid, OH facility. You will lead the manufacturing team toward on-time delivery, quality goals, and cost targets through lean tools and strong safety focus.

The role requires at least three years of supervisory manufacturing experience and a US person per ITAR. Expect collaboration across functions, daily performance reviews, and an emphasis on continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations.
• U.S. person per ITAR requirements and no immigration sponsorship offered.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Euclid, OH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor safety, schedule, cost and quality goals and take corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and system transactions are completed for reporting.
• Follow policies to maintain compliant manufactured product.
• Provide leadership to drive quality, productivity and delivery improvements.
• Address EH&S issues per local regs and Eaton policy.
• Evaluate group performance for improvements and recognition.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet delivery and cost targets.
• Support cross-functional teams to share best practices and lean initiatives.
• Identify setups to reduce cycle times and standardize critical processes.
• Manage on-shift training and communication for shift transitions.
