Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace Group in Euclid, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the manufacturing team and ensure on-time delivery, quality, cost control and safe operations. You will drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, coordinate with engineering, quality and service groups, and mentor staff to meet production schedules and financial targets while advancing a high‑performance culture.

The role requires a minimum of three years supervisory experience and a strong background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment.
• ITAR: U.S. person required; no immigration sponsorship expected.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing personnel to ensure completion of customer requirements.
• Assess performance indicators and take actions to ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Ensure documentation and system transactions meet reporting requirements.
• Follow policies and procedures for compliant manufacture.
• Provide leadership to improve quality, productivity and delivery performance.
• Address Environmental, Health, and Safety issues per regulations and Eaton policy.
• Evaluate group performance for improvements and recognition.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet delivery and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices across manufacturing.
• Identify critical machines for setup reduction and reduce setup times.
• Develop and implement standardized work for critical processes in machining, assembly and test areas.
• Manage on-shift training and maintenance communications.
