Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment.
• ITAR U.S. person restriction; no sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing personnel to ensure completion of customer requirements.
• Assess performance indicators to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Ensure documentation and system postings meet reporting requirements.
• Lead improvements in quality, productivity and delivery performance.
• Provide leadership for continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Address Environmental, Health and Safety issues per regulations and policy.
