Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Elyria, OH facility. Hours are 3:00pm–Midnight, including a one-hour meal break, with oversight of a team in metal fabrication, assembly, and/or test.
The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and meeting customer demand schedules while guiding Lean initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Strong supervision, manufacturing experience, and data-driven problem solving are essential.

The Production Supervisor leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. The Production Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards and is responsible for meeting customer demand schedules within established cost goals. Supervision may include the management of employees on more than one shift
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE
May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
