Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the United States (Wilson, NC) is seeking a Program Manager/Product Manager to oversee FPS programs onsite at our Wilson facility. The role focuses on scope, schedule, cost, and customer commitments for defined performance periods and products, driving growth and profitability.

You will lead PMTs across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations, ensuring seamless OEM and aftermarket program execution while meeting internal and customer requirements with strong

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Teams across cross-functional groups for customer deliveries and programs.
• SIOP Planning: analyze demand and supply data to meet customer needs and optimize profitability.
• Continuous Improvement: evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management: maintain relationships with customers and Collins partners, negotiate contracts within boundaries.
• New Business Development: identify product opportunities and support proposals with cost analyses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, and service teams to ensure program execution.
