Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead customer-focused program execution and ensure alignment of cost, schedule, and performance with commitments. You will guide full lifecycle programs, coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Contracts, and serve as the primary customer interface.

This onsite role offers exposure to value stream strategy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree and 7–10+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Direct experience with customers in a program management or operations role.
• Experience with contract management and negotiations.
• Experience managing program cost, schedule, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Operations Lead as onsite representative during key periods.
• Develop and monitor program plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities.
• Communicate delivery plans, risks, and opportunities to customers.
• Lead the program lifecycle from initiation through completion.
• Support contract negotiations and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and CORE principles across the site.
• Serve as primary customer interface for requirements and status.
