Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to guide the Orion portfolio through its lifecycle. You will lead the Integrated Project Team (IPT) and own execution and business performance across value streams, balancing cost, schedule, technical performance, profitability and customer commitments.

In this onsite role in Windsor Locks, CT, you will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, guiding complex teams and negotiating with customers and OEM

Competenze

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of program management systems and disciplines, including resource planning, integrated scheduling, cost controls, and earned value management.

Mansioni

• Lead re-application of existing products and programs while supporting new programs and capabilities across multiple product lines.
• Manage product and program changes, including implementing new or enhanced functionality across assigned offerings.
• Serve as a key point of contact for multiple customers and prospective customers, building relationships and ensuring commitments are understood and delivered.
• Influence and negotiate with internal teams and customers to align priorities, resolve challenges, and meet commitments.
• Lead complex, matrixed Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and supporting functions.
• Own the overall performance of assigned value streams, including cost, schedule, technical performance, delivery, and customer expectations.
• Evaluate complex program issues, apply sound judgement, and drive decisions to keep programs moving forward.
• Build internal and external networks and communicate program priorities across IPTs and stakeholders.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program-related budgets and resources for strategically important value streams.
• Support long-term R&D investments spanning one to five years.
• Provide input into strategic planning for assigned products, programs, and value streams.
