RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly driven Operations Product Manager to lead end-to-end execution for complex products across the Mission Systems value stream. This role will partner with Program Management, Factory Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and customers to ensure delivery of high-quality hardware on cost and on schedule.

The position requires deep operations expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive disciplined factory execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field; 10+ years' experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Experience in operations or manufacturing and in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central operations point for end-to-end execution and cost/schedule/quality performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Influence decision-making across PM, Factory Operations, Engineering, Production Control, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure factory readiness and coordination of build/test flows and resources.
• Lead issue resolution to maintain cost and schedule.
• Manage budgets, EAC development, variance analysis, and forecasting for assigned operations cost accounts.
• Support gate reviews, milestone readiness, and IMS content integration.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and drive recovery actions.
• Travel 25–50% as required.
