Markent Personnel is seeking an Electronics Technician – Prototype PCB & Aerospace Systems for our client, a veteran-owned defense and aerospace electronics manufacturer. The role focuses on high-reliability PCB assembly, precision micro-soldering, and board-level troubleshooting within AS9100D guidelines, with up to 20 days travel for field validation and client installations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 10+ years of direct trades experience valued in lieu of degree.
• Proven precision PCB soldering.
• US work authorization and local commute within Greater Milwaukee / NE WI corridor.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-reliability assembly: precision soldering and micro-assembly of multi-layer PCBs.
• Diagnose hardware deviations using oscilloscopes, meters, and signal generators.
• Support engineering design during board layout reviews, prototype builds, bench validations, and manufacturing handoffs.
• Manage technical procurement support: BOM management and component sourcing for active builds.
• Maintain system documentation: drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and component records.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance: support quality processes and environmental testing.
