RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an Electronics Technician – Prototype PCB & Aerospace Systems in the Greater Milwaukee / NE WI corridor. The role focuses on high-reliability PCB assembly, precision micro-soldering, and board-level troubleshooting for prototype and production units.

Qualifications

• Proven precision PCB soldering and benchtop assembly experience.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and harness diagrams.
• Capable of diagnosing circuit faults without heavy oversight.
• Self-directed, able to manage daily bench tasks and deadlines.
• Residence within commuting distance to Greater Milwaukee / NE WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and micro-assembly to IPC standards.
• Isolate and repair circuit faults using test equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers during layout reviews and validations.
• Assist BOM management and vendor spec tracking.
• Prepare and update technical drawings and schematics.
• Support AS9100 quality processes and environmental testing.
