Responsibilities

• Execute High-Reliability Assembly: precision soldering and micro-assembly of PCBs and harnesses to IPC standards.
• Diagnose Hardware Deviations: isolate and repair circuit faults using oscilloscopes and meters.
• Support Engineering Design: collaborate on board layout reviews and prototype builds.
• Manage Technical Procurement Support: BOM management and vendor tracking for active builds.
• Maintain System Documentation: update drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Ensure AS9100 Compliance: support quality processes and environmental testing.
