Qualifications

• Proven mastery in precision PCB soldering and benchtop assembly.
• Able to read multi-page schematics, wiring diagrams, and interconnect prints.
• Capable of isolating circuit faults independently without heavy engineering oversight.
• Willing to commute daily within Greater Milwaukee / NE WI corridor.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-reliability assembly with precision soldering and micro-assembly of multi-layer PCBs and wire harnesses per IPC standards.
• Diagnose hardware deviations using oscilloscopes, meters, and signal generators.
• Collaborate with design engineers during board layout reviews, prototype builds, and manufacturing handoffs.
• Manage Bill of Materials support, component sourcing, and vendor spec tracking for active builds.
• Maintain and update technical drawings, schematic revisions, and assembly instructions.
