Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years in aerospace/defense operations management with progressive leadership.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership managing 50+ employees.
• Regulatory Compliance: ITAR training and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: manage production flow across shifts to meet forecasted deliveries and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.
• Strategy Alignment: set Operations strategy aligned with short and long-term growth goals.
• Team Development: build department resources and cross-train staff for results.
• Goal Empowerment: empower team with new incentive ideas to meet objectives.
