Qualifications

• Current ITAR compliance training and strict adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of production flow across multiple shifts to meet forecasted deliveries and drive continuous improvement in product quality, safety, and procedures.
• Set the Operations strategy that aligns with growth goals and ensures department alignment with company objectives.
