Blue Origin in Melbourne, FL seeks a dynamic Shift Leader of Manufacturing Ops & Assembly to oversee aerospace component production. You will lead teams to achieve operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain, and driving continuous improvement while managing budgets and resources to scale production for new programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a manufacturing team in aerospace or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor manufacturing teams and foster teamwork and openness.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to address manufacturing challenges; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor production performance and report to senior management.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and company standards; drive opportunities with urgency.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for manufacturing activities.
• Support new product introductions and scale up production capabilities.
