Job summary

Aeronix, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System in Melbourne, FL. This exempt, full-time role partners with Engineering, Operations, Contracts, and Supply Chain to ensure quality performance across programs.

You will drive audits, metrics, and continuous improvement within a regulated aerospace environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace/defense quality, AS9100 experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to influence multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business).
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 and related quality requirements.
• Familiarity with DOD/DCMA/FAR/DFARS government contract requirements.
• Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the AS9100-based Quality Management System.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track findings.
• Develop quality KPIs and management dashboards.
• Interface with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Drive corrective and preventive action programs and supplier quality activities.
