Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an operations leader to steer a division toward strategic goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive Lean initiatives. You will lead Manufacturing, Applications Engineering, and Sales/Marketing to optimize performance and profitability.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory and logistics to meet business objectives. A strong background in operations leadership and multiple priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• MBA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow the business and achieve goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Lead Manufacturing, Applications Engineering, and Sales/Marketing functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive Lean Initiatives and strategy deployment across the operation.
• Maintain adequate inventory, production scheduling, and shipping/logistics.
• Develop and manage budgets and ensure cost controls and performance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline
