Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Glendale, AZ, seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive Lean initiatives, manage budget, and deliver customer value across Sales, Design Engineering, and Production.

Lead a cross-functional team, oversee inventory, scheduling, and logistics, and represent the operation at BU and Division levels. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in operations with P&L are required; MBA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum seven years' operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with problem solving and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade management, customers, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow the business and meet BU, Division, and Corporate goals.
• Establish and maintain premier customer service.
• Lead strategy deployment focusing on Lean initiatives and Sales growth across Manufacturing, Applications Engineering, and Sales/Marketing.
• Drive Lean initiatives across the operation to ensure full adoption and execution.
• Ensure inventory, production control scheduling, and shipping/receiving logistics are adequate.
• Develop and manage the budget within constraints and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Represent the operation at BU and Division levels and mentor the team.
