Job summary

Park Aerospace is seeking a General Manager to lead Engineering, Quality, Materials and Manufacturing functions, directing the operation toward excellence. This role involves shaping strategy, driving Greatness, and supervising departments to ensure performance and compliance with policies and laws.

The GM will review financials, guide project management, and implement Lean manufacturing methodologies while focusing on cost control, safety, and timely delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or 5+ years manufacturing management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of lamination, production control and purchasing.
• Basic working knowledge of Oracle, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering, Quality, Materials and Manufacturing functions.
• Drive company culture and strategic direction toward Greatness.
• Review and approve financial reports, budgets and capital expenditures.
• Lead project management, manufacturing best practices and launches.
• Establish standards for cost control, waste reduction, safety, on-time delivery.
• Develop policies for Lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and supplier management.
