Park Aerospace is seeking a General Manager to direct the Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Manufacturing functions. This role drives culture toward Greatness and leads supervisory efforts in accordance with company policies and laws.

The General Manager oversees reporting credibility, financial analysis, and capital expenditure planning while shaping operations strategy and new product launches for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or minimum 5-years manufacturing management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of lamination, production control and purchasing are required.
• Basic working knowledge of computers including Oracle, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensures credibility in reporting with timely, accurate data from manufacturing and support departments.
• Reviews and analyzes financial reports and trends to assist senior executives.
• Reviews and approves financial reports such as the P&L statement and supporting documentation.
• Provides leadership for project management, manufacturing best practices, and operations strategy.
• Establishes standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, on-time delivery, and supplier management.
