Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational education with at least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies following drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Set up basic manufacturing operations and ensure tolerances and quality requirements are met.
• Use hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, torque tools and other production equipment.
• Inspect work using gauges and measurement tools to ensure compliance.
• Identify defects or incorrect parts and report issues for corrective action.
• Follow AS9100 quality practices and document production records accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process and safety enhancements.
• Maintain organized workstation and proper control of materials and tools.
• Support peers by sharing standard work practices.
