The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing, hands-on tooling experience, and strong leadership; onsite work with exposure to production environments is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly processes.
• Experience using hand tools and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection on various products.
• Maintain hourly production to meet daily plans and ensure standard work procedures are followed.
• Determine assembly methods from drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions.
• Lead lower-level assemblers, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Facilitate meetings to communicate goals and recognize achievements.
