Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a direct-hire, on-site role in Brownsburg, Indiana. You will lead a 13–19 person production technician team on a 2-2-3 schedule, coaching and aligning cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with leadership of production employees.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach, organize and hold a team accountable.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or similar manufacturing environments; Tier 1 automotive experience is relevant.
• Lean mindset with Kaizen, root cause analysis or continuous improvement experience.
• Strong communication and sound judgment in a fast-moving production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead 13–19 production technicians and coordinate with team leaders to set priorities and maintain production flow.
• Coach employees, address performance issues, support training and build an accountable team.
• Oversee staffing, work assignments, timecards, safety practices, and shift reporting.
• Monitor safety, quality, output, and delivery; address issues and remove production constraints as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Apply Lean principles and help lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement efforts.
