Job summary

Aero Electronics, an ISC company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor in Titusville, Florida. The role leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and collaborates across Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve throughput, capacity, and quality on high‑mix cable assemblies and electromechanical products.

You’ll develop standardized processes, lead Lean initiatives, and use KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers/technicians
• Experience implementing manufacturing process improvements with measurable results
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen methodologies
• Experience improving manufacturing processes, production workflows, or facility layouts
• CAD experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Experience using ERP systems and maintaining BOMs
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work across Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
• Set priorities and manage team workloads
• Develop capabilities in lean and continuous improvement
• Collaborate across Manufacturing Engineering and Operations
• Lead development and improvement of processes for cable assemblies and electromechanical products
• Identify and eliminate throughput, capacity, quality, and delivery constraints
• Optimize layouts, workflows, and material flow
• Establish standardized processes, procedures, BOMs, and SOPs
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and other CI initiatives from identification to implementation
• Use KPIs to identify trends and prioritize improvements
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment to improve production
• Evaluate new equipment and processes to support growth
