Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline production team in aerospace manufacturing, driving daily performance and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coach and develop team members, resolve day-to-day issues, and lead Lean initiatives such as 5S, Visual Management, Standardized Work, and Daily Management, with the long-term contract opportunity through 2027.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MRP concepts is a plus.
• Advanced vocational training or Master Craftsman-level qualification is a plus.
