Job summary

You will oversee personnel, manage workflow and resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred in operations-related field.
• 5–8 years manufacturing/production experience; 3–5 years supervisory.
• Experience managing schedules, labor, and workflow; ERP/WMS familiarity.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to meet targets.
• Monitor schedules, communicate delays, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure refurbished products meet quality standards and specs.
• Lead, coach, and develop team; enforce safety and SOPs.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials for daily workflows.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
