You will improve processes, develop documentation, and support new product transfer to production with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing floor to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, BOMs, and routers.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, non-conforming parts, tooling, and equipment.
• Design or procure improved fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on reducing waste.
• Interface with design and marketing to enable cost-effective products.
