Job summary

Parker Meggitt, part of Parker Hannifin, seeks a Quality Engineer II to ensure delivery of high-quality products through testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration at the Milwaukie, OR site.

The role blends hands-on testing with planning, data analysis, and stakeholder communication; requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in quality or software testing. ASQ cert is a plus, Lean/Six Sigma desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality analysis or software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Six Sigma and Lean tools experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements and translate them into site-level quality plans and acceptance criteria.
• Own deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site; drive corrective actions for gaps.
• Lead containment strategies and cross-functional root cause investigations; drive CAPA selection and verification.
