Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to drive performance within a division and meet corporate strategy goals. You will oversee cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Applications, Inventory, and Production, while focusing on Lean initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a technical or business field (MBA desirable) with at least seven years of operational leadership experience and strong communication skills to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA desirable.
• Minimum seven years’ operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present to management, customers, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow the business and achieve unit goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, Inventory Control and Production.
• Ensure premier customer service and Lean deployment across the operation.
• Maintain inventory, production control scheduling, and shipping/receiving logistics.
• Develop and manage budget within constraints and monitor competitive activity.
