• Has successfully led a minimum of ten Kaizen events within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guides all PLS initiatives within the division.
• Works with division staff and plant management on Lean Implementation.
• Ensures adherence to PLS standards for site, value stream, and team improvement boards.
