Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Practitioner II to drive large-scale site transformation across operations, supply chain, and customer-facing processes. You will coach leadership and teams in applying the Parker Lean System (PLS) tools such as VSM, standard work, 5S, visual management, and problem solving to reduce waste and improve delivery, quality, and safety.

You will mentor practitioners, lead kaizen events, manage cross-functional projects, and embed a daily continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required.
2+ years of progressive lean experience with PLS and enterprise methods.
Strong problem-solving capability with A3, root cause analysis, and practical implementation.
Experience with daily management, leader standard work, VSM, standard work, SMED, TPM, 5S/6S, kanban/pull, visual management, and error proofing.

Responsibilities

Lead Parker Lean System deployment, governance, and practice adherence.
Drive development and deployment of PLS fundamentals to meet value streams at the site.
Coach leadership to deploy strategy, gather data, and track portfolio progress.
Lead cross-site continuous improvement projects and manage timelines and benefits validation.
Provide advanced Lean expertise for kaizen events and ensure sustainment of improvements.
