Job summary

The role reports to Division Lean Manager, with duties spanning site leadership to floor teams, and travel up to 25% for training and process observation. Strong Lean/Six Sigma background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years manufacturing/lean experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
• Understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, JIT, Demand Flow, Five S, Visual Management, TPM, Kaizen, and SPC preferred.
• Strong math skills; MS Office, Visio & CAD software a plus.
• Ability to influence and work well with all functions of the organization.
• Experience participating in/leading Kaizen events is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean initiatives at the plant level using the Parker Lean System.
• Organize value stream mapping and Kaizen activity across the site.
• Lead Kaizen events from site leadership to floor teams.
• Ensure adherence to Parker Lean System standards for the site and boards.
• Travel up to 25% for training or observing processes.
• Own the Woburn, MA site with additional oversight of the Hudson, NH location.
