Job summary

Amphenol CIT seeks a Business Development Manager to aggressively pursue new aerospace, defense, and space opportunities. The role focuses on growth, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative interconnect solutions to key accounts in the Northeast region.

You will build deep customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and drive strategic initiatives to win new business while maintaining high standards of professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in sales, engineering and/or product management within aerospace and/or interconnect industries.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant course of study or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business within assigned market segments and region, pursuing opportunities and advancing projects.
• Builds high-value relationships with new and existing accounts and links them to internal peers.
• Collaborates with Military and Aerospace Operations sales organization for opportunity development.
• Works with product management and engineering on new product development opportunities and priorities.
• Establishes ACIT as a technology partner of choice within new accounts.
• Executes strategies to close sales funnel opportunities resulting in new business.
