WireMasters, Inc. seeks a Technical Business Development Manager to grow demand across Aerospace, Defense and Space interconnect, wire and harness solutions. You will map programs, shape pursuits, and orchestrate the commercial path from identification to capture in hybrid roles around Columbia, TN and the Pacific Northwest.

You will bring 5–10+ years selling technical interconnect solutions with DoD experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of winning large contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10+ years selling technical interconnect/wire/cable in A/D/S.
• Proven capture experience with large contracts and DoD ecosystem.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage executives.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new A/D/S programs; build multi-level relationships.
• Drive account/territory strategy, capture plans, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Coordinate with AE/Inside Sales/PMs for technical fit, LTAs and compliance.
• Maintain market intelligence; feed pricing and product teams with insights.
• Represent WireMasters at OEM tech days and industry events; ensure funnel hygiene.
• Engage design teams on-site to define requirements and drive design-in.
• Own interconnect/cable/harness design-in for targeted primes/Tier-1/2s.
• Provide application support: deratings, material trade-offs, EMI considerations.
• Offer inventory program management solutions tailored to customers.
• Provide voice-of-customer to product management and suppliers.
