Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, NC is seeking a customer service professional to manage orders and quotes for aerospace and defense programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review contracts for ITAR compliance, and serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring accurate SAP/PLM data and timely communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer service, aerospace/defense preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand customer specifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• US Citizen or Permanent resident due to ITAR.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and manage customer orders in SAP ERP accurately and timely.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Estimating, Quality, Logistics, and Production.
• Lead contract reviews to ensure ITAR/export control compliance and identify risks.
• Serve as primary contact for customer orders and coordinate changes via SAP and PLM.
• Support sales by reviewing inquiries and assisting with quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace/defense customers; monitor CSI.
• Maintain project records in SAP/PLM; provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience.
