Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, MA, USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage orders, quotes, and customer engagements in a fast-paced metals manufacturing environment.

Join a cross-functional team supporting aerospace and defense customers, using SAP/PLM systems to ensure accurate data, contract compliance (ITAR/DPAS), and timely communication. 5+ years of customer service in manufacturing preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand customer specifications.
• Knowledge of SAP/S4 or similar ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits and trade shows.
• US Citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders and quotes in the SAP ERP system.
• Interface with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Estimating, Quality, Logistics, and Production to align on requirements.
• Lead contract reviews to ensure compliance with ITAR and customer expectations.
• Serve as primary customer contact for order inquiries and changes via SAP and PLM.
• Provide sales support during inquiry reviews and quotation processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with aerospace and defense customers to ensure high CSI.
• Maintain accurate project records in SAP/PLM and prepare status reports.
