Zusammenfassung

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Project Manager in the US-CA region to lead multi-discipline teams through safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and contracting across Design-Only, EPC, construction management, and program management projects.

You will establish teams, manage communication with clients, drive RFP processes, develop schedules, monitor costs, and oversee risk and QA/QC programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 7+ years of applicable experience on construction sites or program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and guidance of multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, covering safety, quality, procurement, construction and project controls.
• Establish project teams, coordinate multiple disciplines and ensure efficient staff utilization.
• Manage all aspects of project communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead RFP package development, bid and scope of work documentation and selections.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope and control costs.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, planning and budget management.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; oversee risk reviews and cost forecasts.
• Oversee project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling and WBS setup; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Generate new business by nurturing client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and QA/QC requirements.
