Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead and motivate a multi-discipline team in day-to-day management of safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, risk, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute DesignOnly, EPC, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited program; 7 years of experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi-discipline project team across safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, risk, and client relations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, planning, budget, subcontracting, and staffing.
• Manage review, negotiation, and execution of prime contracts and change orders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff and ensure QA/QC adherence.
