Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field with 7+ years experience.
• Experience on construction project sites or executing program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment; overtime on short notice.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects from concept to completion, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost, procurement and documentation.
• Establish project teams, coordinate multiple disciplines, and optimize staffing efficiency.
• Manage all aspects of project communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Lead RFP package development, bid/selection process and scope documents.
