Job summary

You’ll engineer relationships with aerospace OEMs, defense contractors, and space innovators to identify opportunities and bring advanced sensing solutions to market.

You’ll serve as the bridge between customers and our engineering, quality, operations, and leadership teams—solving complex requirements, guiding RFQs and qualification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, applications engineering, or a related technical commercial role.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• U.S. Person status required due to ITAR-controlled program content.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by building relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and defense/space organizations.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify opportunities across commercial aviation, military, defense, and space programs.
• Lead customer reviews, strategic planning discussions, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on RFQs, product evaluations, and qualification programs.
• Support customers through application development, qualification activities, and ongoing program execution.
